About us:
Hello! We’re three kindred spirits who met in the mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado- brought together by a shared love of adventure, yoga, and the simple magic of nature. What started as casual hikes and shared adventures quickly turned into something more: a powerful connection and a shared vision to create experiences that inspire growth, exploration, and inner peace.
Our retreats are born from our passion for travel, movement, and mindful living. Whether we’re deep in the forest, overlooking a mountain peak, or flowing beside the ocean, we believe in the power of nature and yoga to reconnect us with what truly matters.
We’re not just here to guide you through poses or lead you down a trail- we’re here to walk beside you as you challenge your limits, move your body, and take charge of your life. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to nourish your spirit, spark your curiosity, and support your journey toward becoming the best version of YOU!
If you’re craving connection, adventure, and a chance to reset, we invite you to join us. Let’s explore together.
Our Team
-
Kayla Aitken - Activities Coordinator
I’m originally from Ohio but have been in CO for about twelve years now, and as simply as I can say, the mountains have changed my life. I’m the kind of person who feels most alive on a mountain summit watching the sunrise (after a mental battle to leave the comfort of my bed/ sleeping bag to get there). While I am a creature of comfort I find myself chasing challenge in attempt to push my limitations, mentally and physically. Whether its climbing big mountains, sending out on winter and summer backcountry missions, exploring hidden corners of the world, I’m always chasing that feeling of awe that nature gives so freely.

Jess Race - Yoga & Breathwork Teacher
I love the way yoga makes people feel, inside and out. I teach so I can learn more about both the shadows and the light within myself. This practice is very personal to me and I make it an intention to share what I’ve learned through personal experience with my students because we honestly are all in this together. We all go through hardship, we all feel the same emotions and only once we get rid of this idea that everyone is so vastly different from us can we can learn to live and love and grow from each other. I enjoy teaching all types of yoga, and have found that there is a right time for gentleness and a right time for strength. I love that I learn something new in every class-whether I am a student or an instructor and it is my hope that I can be more than just your yoga teacher; I want to be your friend. Keeping a positive mind and spirit is everything, sometimes we simply need a reminder of all of the reasons there are to be grateful. I try to place an emphasis on positivity, strength, confidence and self love both on the mat and off, and I really look forward to practicing with you.

Dani Lovell - Photographer
Before calling the mountains of Breckenridge home, I was raised in North Carolina and spent time living in Maui—an island and community, that sparked a lasting love for nature, adventure, and connection.
These days, I’m living for all the seasons and fun sports the mountains bring, and chasing new travel experiences wherever they lead. My passion for photography is a way for me to slow down, stay present, and capture the feeling of people and places that leave a mark on my heart.
