Ouray Adventure Retreat

In August 2025 we welcomed 10 incredible people to join us in the heart of Colorado’s San Juan mountains. Together we stayed in Hayden Backcountry Lodge, a built by hand log home where we shared home cooked meals, a wood fired jacuzzi and deep belly laughs under the stars. We practiced yoga at sunset, hiked far into the rugged mountains, cold plunged in an alpine lake and tested our courage on the infamous Ouray via ferrata. It was an experience of trust, connection and discovering that we are so much more capable than we thought we were.
