Guatemala
In April 2026 we hand picked 11 amazing women to come with us to experience the jewel of Central America. Together we flew in a private plane to the shores of Lake Atitlan, a high altitude mecca of yoga, farm to table food, community and nature. For 4 nights we stayed at TA Retreats, a boutique wellness center with an outdoor yoga shala, sparkling pool, thoughtfully curated rooms, sprawling garden and the sweetest tribe of pups you’ve ever witnessed. We practiced yoga amongst the call of a thousand tropical birds, sipped mocktails at sunset, paddles across the healing waters of the Lake and volunteered with a local school. Afterwards, we travelled together to the colonial city of Antigua and explored cobblestone streets; replete with brightly colored textiles, exquisite handicrafts and the unique smells of street foods we couldn’t pronounce. To end our adventure we put on our backpacks and hiked through the forest for hours carrying our gear to the top of a mountain where we camped under the stars and watched Volcan Fuego erupt under the night sky in a fiery display of nature’s incredible power. To say we were in awe is a massive understatement. This retreat was our first all women’s event and we are greatly honored to have opened our hearts and minds to how people live in other parts of the world. We tested our strength, made new best friends and created unforgettable memories that we will carry with us the rest of our lives.
