Austria Alpine Adventure Retreat
Ski • Climb • Connect
Trins, Austria
January 31– February 7, 2026 | 8 Days • 7 Nights
This is not a sit-by-the-fire vacation.
This is for adults who want to move, explore, and feel fully alive in the mountains.
Based at a cozy, family-run lodge in the Austrian Alps, this retreat blends backcountry skiing, ice climbing, and local mountain resort days with grounding yoga and breathwork sessions to keep your body strong and your mind centered. You’ll spend your days learning new winter skills, exploring frozen valleys, and stepping just beyond your comfort zone — then return to nourishing meals, sauna recovery, and evening reflection over a roaring fire.
Yoga is woven into the week to support your adventures: mobility for strength, breathwork to regulate your nervous system, and restorative sessions to help your body integrate every experience.
This retreat is about confidence, capability, making new friends who enjoy adventuring in the alpine and learning how to recreate safely in the backcountry. While we are excited to invite people of different abilities to this event, it is not designed for novice skiers or snowboarders.
*Taking an avalanche safety course before the event is recommended.
**While technical climbing gear will be provided, all other gear (including mountaineering boots) will need to be procured by the client. Rentals can be arranged!)
***Accommodations are shared (2 people per room).
