Ground into your body with daily yoga: both power yoga and restorative options will be offered. Journey beyond the ordinary with a substance-free Prismatic Breathwork session designed to expand your mind and spirit and break free from limiting beliefs, past trauma and fear. Nourishment will come in the form of soulful, homemade meals, crafted by local Guatemalan chefs from fresh, organic ingredients grown in the region. 🌋 After our time on the lake, the adventure continues in historic Antigua, where we’ll stay in shared accommodations at a local boutique hostel in the city, savor local cuisine and prepare for the grand finale: an exhilarating overnight trek to Acatenango Volcano. Guided safely by local experts, we’ll hike through multiple ecosystems to our camp above the clouds and share dinner under the stars as Volcán Fuego rumbles the earth and hopefully erupts in fiery bursts before our eyes. Watching molten lava light up the darkness is more than breathtaking—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-stirring experience the we promise you will carry with you forever. Meditate and do breathwork as a group surrounded by the awe-inspiring power of nature.
* While Volcan Fuego is one of the most active volcanoes in the world, we cannot guarantee that it will be erupting while we are there.
Some activities are weather dependent (ie. flight on jumper plane, hiking, paddling)
